The 2013 NPC Music City Muscle is an NPC sanctioned event.  All athletes are required to be a member of the NPC(National Physique Committee) in order to compete in the event.

NPC cards are available at  www.npcnewsonline.com OR at check-in/weigh-in on Friday, October 4th, ’13 for your convenience.  If you are already a member of the NPC please bring your NPC card or receipt with you to the weigh-in/check-in event.  NPC membership fees for 2013 are $100.

Eligibility: This event is open to any NPC athlete in the United States that has NOT won an Overall in ANY National Qualifying event and is a non-qualifier.

CROSSOVERS: Teenage and Masters are the only athletes that may cross over into Open and Junior divisions. Masters may not cross over into another Masters division. Novice cannot crossover into Teen division. Fitness and figure may crossover, but women’s physique may not cross over into fitness and figure and fitness and figure may not cross into women’s physique. Bikini cannot cross over into any other division.

ENTRY FEE:  Entry Fee is $70 and an additional $50 for each crossover class.

Entry fee is payable by money order or check only & made payable to Music City Muscle. The deadline for entry fees without a late fee is Friday, September 20th, 2013 – entries received after this date will be accepted with an additional $30 late fee, and in form of money order or cashiers check ONLY. No personal checks will be accepted after this date.  Entries will not be accepted the day of the show.    

Entries WILL be accepted at the mandatory weigh-in/check-in, Friday, October 4th, 2013 in CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY! Late fees will be added.

MANADTORY Weigh-in/Check-in: Friday, October 4th, 2013 at the Millenium Maxwell House in Nashville, TN between 4:30PM – 7:30PM *Athletes MUST attend in order to check-in for the competition.  If the athlete does not attend, they will not be checked in to compete and will be disqualified.  NO REFUNDS.

MANDATORY athletes meeting at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center:   Saturday, Oct. 5th at 8am *Failure to attend will result in athlete disqualification.  Doors will be open to athletes at 7:30am and meeting wil begin at 8am.

Prejudging will being at 9am

Finals will begin at 5:30pm (Athletes required to be back at 4:30pm)
